Play Therapy

Let's Create Their Heart Space

A safe place can be the beginning of positive change.

A Child-Led Approach

Why Play Therapy?

Play is a child’s natural language. Through play, children can explore experiences, express emotions and work through things that may feel too difficult to talk about directly.

Using a range of creative and imaginative activities, including:

Art • Sand • Clay • Puppets • Music • Stories • Role-play

children can explore their inner world in a way that feels safe and accessible.

Play Therapy isn’t about telling a child what to do or how to feel. It is about creating the right environment for them to explore, discover and develop at their own pace.

Develop

Build confidence, resilience, emotional regulation and healthier coping strategies.

If you’re concerned about your child’s emotional wellbeing, behaviour or development, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
